I have run my Cobra lo-boys shot guns baffled and un-baffled with the same jetting (stage 3) without any issue. If you put the baffles in, it isn't as loud. You may enjoy it better than you would with the stock pipes.

What is a 'Cobra Shot Gun' ? Do you mean Drag Pipes? Is this bike a 750 or 1100 ACE?

My pipes are the Cobra Lo-Boy Shot Guns with added exhaust tips.
