Cool idea but I am not sure heatsinks on the outside of the plastic connector will cure anything that happens at the pin connection points.
It is there where vibration and expansion/contraction and current load over the years make the pins loosen and have poor fit.

LOL! I didn’t notice that... Yeah, the heat is generated inside, so the plastic will melt before the heat sinks ever get it enough to matter. For that to work, you would need to drill a hole in the plastic and have metal (aluminum or copper is best) running from each wire plug out to the heat sink.
