Okay i had some carb problems from letting my bike sit up. took it to the shop and had them rework them, now the bike is running real rich. took it back to get them to adjust them and still running rich. i have read the manual and it says the adjustment screws should be set at 2 and 1/2 turns out and thats where they are. any ideas what i can do now?

How do you know its running rich?
smell fuel, plug read - sooty?
Is it just at idle?
if so you can turn the screws in a 1/4 turn
are you at a high altitude? where the air is thiner which will require less fuel
