Why are you changing the oil and clutch cable on a bike with only 141 miles? When you pull the clutch lever does it look like the rod at the transmission end look like it's moving correctly? Just to verify, you didn't go into the clutch, it was just a cable change.
If all you changed was the cable and the clutch won't disengage even when you push the lever all the way forward, I think you are probably right about friction in the clutch.
