I have a 2002 ACE 750 and that big headlight was noisy from vibration at high rpm's and between 50-60 mph. I had researched the problem on this forum and somebody had suggested electrical tape on the lip where the headlight cover fits onto the headlight assembly. Finally put the tape on and it works! So thanks to all who suggested that - nothing but the sweet sound of the bike now!
