I am looking to buy a corbin seat and was wondering if anyone knows if I can cross reference a seat from any other model bikes. Ebay is flooded with corbins for harleys, some look like they might fit. I have a 1997 shadow ace. any input would be appreciated.

The seats are designed to fit only the bikes there made for. A seat for a Sabre might fit, but you have to find out if it mounts the same way.. You have to look at the way it mounts (eg: tough at the seat front, center bolt tab at seat rear, like yours). You maybe able to bojack another seat on but it's up to you.

I am sure you have gone to the Corbin web site. If you don't have any success browzing their listings.... e-mail them. Not only do they have seats in stock, they will custom make a seat for you.
I have one on my SS750. You won't be dissapointed. Good luck.
