I have a 06 vt750dc. I am changing out the stator and lost the washer that goes with the clip on the top of the drive sprocket cover. Does anyone know what size this washer is so I can run to the hardware store and look for one?

It is #5 in the picture

Are the part numbers listed at the beginning of the sections? I have the online Honda manual bookmarked and didn't see anything on the alternator section

Mine has no washer thetre,

I was just going to ask if it was absolutely necessary. Looks like it just keeps it from wobbling a bit.

The rubber, in my cover at least, seems like it's stuck in the cover pretty well...could be a lot of grim build up though because the lower part (#12) that the clymer manual says can be lost came off with the cover.

Crisis averted! Found the washer hiding on the lip if my lift.
