My VT700 (just purchased) has a hard time starting. When it does start, it seems to only be running on one cylinder, dies when given throttle, and occasionally the other cylinder fires up. Carb problem?

Its a 1984.

I decided just to tear it down and build it back again, as that was the plan anyway. Frame needs painting, electrical needs...work...I'm going to bob it.
