Just picked up my bike earlier from my father-in-law, haven't ridden in 6-7 years.........man it felt GOOD!!

Only did about 30 miles, but still very sweet!

Now to dig around and find my old riding gear (coat, gloves, rainsuit) and make sure it all fits.

Just wanted to share my excitement!! hehe

8) WELCOME BACK to the motorcycle fold! Be careful out there! Traffic has changed for the worse most places in the last few years! Have you taken the MSF Ridercourse? I would suggest you at least take the Experienced Rider Course, as a refresher. There are things and the finer points that we tend to forget during non use periods. I found the ERC useful and interesting when I got back on two wheels after a time of absense......

I haven't taken it, but I have been giving it thought. I was amazed how quickly it seemed that my senses "woke up" after getting on the bike. Playing the "what if" game and constantly scanning.
