Joined back in April but since then moved from Cali to Washington. Hands down the most beautiful place to ride. I'm Debera and ride a 2013 Phantom which I love to death. She was to be my breather bike, giving my wrist and back a break from riding my main bike, an 04 ZX10R.
I'm not a spring chicken and was finding after a couple of hours on the ZX my wrist was screaming, even with a change of clutch pull.
I've always loved the Shadow and when I saw the flat black Phantom, I knew she was for me.
To say she has been a joy to ride is such an understatement. The ride is so smooth and with the help of the simple throttle cruise paddle, the only problem now is getting Iron Butt from long rides.
I am looking to go with an aftermarket exhaust system like the Vance n Hines shorties. Anyone have these and willing to give feedback or suggestions on a good "throatie" sounding system that would work with the Phantom.
