drilled out the muffler baffles today with a 2 1/8” hole saw.
wow. what a difference in the sound.
if you havent removed your baffles your missing out on a whole different bike for around $12

finally got around to doing some things! got the bushings drilled out of the triple, installed new risers and bars, and removed my speedo. will install new throttle tube and grips tomorrow. started fabricating my dummy light cluster today. will have 5 leds mounted to the triple in a sleek lil machined housing. gonna shorten my speedo cable and mount new mini speedo to the fork as to keep track of mileage.

finally reupholstered my seat!
really happy with the results.

wow havent posted here in a while! havent rode this thing for like 6 months. tearing it apart over these next cold weeks. gonna get to partially “bobbed” status before i fire it up again.
to do list:
-clean/rejet carbs
-install springer solo seat
-flat trailer fender
-clean up bars;
—remove ‘push’ cable and get single cable assembly
—relocate choke to under front of tank
—relocate start/kill switches
