I have a 1985 honda vt500. It has a hesitation when You throttle it. Give it to much throttle it boggs out and stahls. I've rebuilt the Petcock, changed coils, and put a refurbished carb on it. (it still doing the same thing as when the old carb was on it), just not as bad. Did find that if You blow in the air vent tube. It runs great. Dont particularly want to ride my bike blowing on a tube... Any Ideas would be so much appreciated!!

When you blow in the vent you are increasing fuel pressure, so maybe the fuel pump or filter is restricted.
