Tried to mount a new set of MC Enterprise highway bars on my 2005 Sabre and ran into a problem on the right side where the bars mount to the frame. The mounting point seems to be about 3/4" to short to allow the footpeg and brake to remount. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it. Thanks.

I remember when I installed my Cobra bars, I had to really bend the right side up to the mounting point. It actually took 2 of us. Is this possible with your situation?
