Well I went and picked Ida up to bring her home. Motorcycle doctor rejeted her heart and adjusted the air fuel mixture.

She liked that, now she scoots right along with out loosing her breath.

I like the change made to the rear sprocket from a 44 tooth to a 38 tooth. Made a huge difference in the rpm's at interstate speed. Hardly noticed any loss of power taking off from a dead stop.

Glad she's back. Out of curiosity, are you saying the reason for the no-start condition all this time was due to an A/F mixture adjustment? OK, I see you meant to say 'rejetted', which implies a total carb cleaning also.

No the o-ring on the a/f went bad and stopped the fuel from flowing freely.
