They are not interchangable. If your looking for comfort, Mustang or Saddleman are supposed to be among the best as far as comfort. I just recovered my stock seat on my ACE, which helped out a lot. I used a softer more flexible covering than stock. Aftermarket seats can be spendy unless you find a used one from ebay or craigslist. Even then they can cost a couple of hundred dollars.
