Any way to get the blue heat discoloration off of the pipes?
I've been running my sons bike while he was gone and it was close to a wall and I had a big fan blowing on it while running and for a couple hours after, when we took it down the front pipe was blue from heat. We decided to leave it down for the 5 months he'll be gone for training because I figured a way to get it in and out of the area easy enough to take it out and ride it once a week instead of just running it.
I just want to try and make it look better for when he gets back. He doesn't mind it but it bothers me because I did it.:-(

Thanks, I'll look into both of those, any other ideas welcome!
Also after seeing those anyone know if Brasso will work, I have some but don't want to try it if it will mess it up.

For your notes... It sounds like it's running lean. You are at a bit of a high alt. It WILL happen again if it's too lean. Talking jetting; low flow air filter if it's now running a higher flow element. You know the drill... What kind of bike? What are the mods? Do you want to get it in sync? Cheers buddy.
