I know if I change my exhaust sytem or my intake I will need to rejet. But if I replace the exhaust and rejet, will I need to rejet again when replacing the intake? Should I do both at the same time?

If you change your exhaust & NOT your intake you may not need to rejet. You may only need to do a idle mixture adjustment. (pilot jet). ;) :)

Idealy yes both at the same time. Considering changing intake is fairly cheap as to the cost of jetting and exhaust.
Duke it out and do it all at once.

Also to depending on what exhaust (as stated before) you might not have to rejet.

I bought an air kit from Thunder Mfg. Got a stage 3 jet kit for my bike as well. This should take care of everything I hope.

How difficult is it to rejet dual carbs? Are the parts pretty much plug and play?
