Been to Rushmore quite often, that's one of the perks living out here--the riding...... Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Needles Highway, Devil's Tower, etc. The downside is waiting for the **** winter to get over to be able to get to the riding!!! Do have to admit though, the winter wait is worth it when the Sturgis Rally rolls around. No trailers here, only a quick 25 mile ride. Always ready to accomodate visitors!

My son smelled something when he went outside, and looked at my VT 1100 sitting under my carport with smoke rolling out from under the cover. THE WIRES ON MY BATTERY TENDER WERE FRIED TO A CRISP!! Luckily no other damage, but it serves as a warning, keep an eye peeled if you use a battery tender.
