Younger brother Bill and I are committed to ride at least a bit, on Christmas Day, provided the roads are clear.
Not willing to risk ice & snow, but otherwise....yep.

Just wondered how many here make that a part of their traditional celebration?

Thanx.
Merry Christmas! and Peace be with you, and yours.
Ride safe, ride smart.

I hadn't thought about it until you brought it up. Its one day of my sons leave that he will be home for sure and if the weather is willing to cooperate I think that sounds like a great idea. My sons girlfriend will be here but she loves to ride on back with my son so we may make this happen! Maybe I can even finally get my wife on the bike, special occasion and all with Christmas and son w/GF I don't think shell want to be left out! Hopefully!

If I was going be at home, yes. I will be riding that week at some point, however.

I hadn't thought about it, but now that you mention it...

If the conditions are good I might saddle up.

A small Christmas gift to myself.

Don't think I'll do any riding on Christmas Day, because too many things to do with the family, but our CMA Chapter does a New Years Day Ride, every year! It's become a 'tradition' too, but we all love it. Some years, the weather has been great; warm, and sunny, and other years it's been bitterly cold and overcast, and sometimes even snowed. We still do it anyway, ending up someplace where we can get 'hot' food/drinks and 'warm' conversation. It's always fun!

Don't forget to join us for our New Years Day Ride, too! We'd love to see you both, again. If your son is still around, bring him too, so we can all gather around and pray over him.

May be freakinBlizzard conditions here in KenWacky, but we aim to try to ride.
We are also committed to do a New Years Day ride.

I won't, only cause I will be far from home, in the great white north.
New Years I will, like to ride over to the beach and take a long walk early in the day. Start the new year off with things I enjoy. :)
