You will not be able to keep that promise. Once you start you are immediately hooked. So you may as well save your self some withdraw systems, like holding your hands in front of you making motorcycle engine noises.

The other ones are so bad I can not bring myself describing their side affects. Just horrible !!!!!!!!!!!

Could be very disturbing for some HSN members.
