love the overall imagery of it.... but am I the only one that noticed the positioning of the needles on the gauges? Someone's made a composite of a couple images I'd say. Unless they're roasting the back tyre.
I can't read any of the numbers on the gauges... can you tell what the speed is and the RPMs are indicated?
Assuming these needles go clockwise,
I would say each one is about 1/3 of the way through its range of motion-- that would be about 50 miles an hour and maybe
4000 RPM?

But after all these years they're possibly, maybe, perhaps thinking about the notion of considering the concept of getting around to addressing the possibility of discussing the idea of actually doing something about it (road was closed in '78). Just need to figure out what, now.
