hoping to pick up my (new to me) 2007 honda shadow soon. what can you tell me? is there anything mechanically wrong to look for with this bike? malfunctions?
Need more info about the bike model, miles on the odometer and maintenance of the bike. All questions that you should have asked the seller before hand. Hopefully you have some mechanical background with cars and bikes. Before making an offer, go check the bike out with someone who knows bikes and what to look for. 2 sets of eyes are better than one during the inspection/ride process. Also ask to see the title to make sure there's no loans/liens against it. Use common sense and don't make an offer at first, if you like what you see give yourself sometime to think about it and 24-48 hrs later re-check the bike again. You'd be surprised what you may have missed.

Eagle I'm Beezer (Tom) Jakeupann's husband. We looked at last year's Rebel 250 for about $4300. At a local all-brands dealer they had the 07 Shadow 750 in very nice shape for the same money. 8000 miles plus a few good extras. Pretty much a new bike. You've got to understand, being a woman "Pretty" and color means as much to her as mileage and condition and this really is a nice looking bike.

No real concerns about the '07 models, from the other posts it looks like you got the shaft drive. I have one of the earlier '07 chain driven models. I can say that I have had no real issues with my bike whatsoever! Keep fluids up to date and topped off and you should be good to go for many many many more miles.
