I spent numerous hours repainting my bike when I bought it in December. I had sanded and applied 2 coats of paint, 2 coats of matte clear, compounded, polished and waxed. This was all in matte black. It took me about 2 weeks to not like it, so I decided to go crazy and paint it Acid Green with Dip-Your-Car. Here's the results. It took me about 4-6 hours of covering and paint time over 2 days. When I get sick of the color, which might not take too long, I can just peel it off and go with a different color. I think most cars/trucks will be able to see me!!

Color is kind of neat. Are you going to add any decals or emblems to the side of the tank and side covers? I think that would help make it "POP".

Helped my Youngest painting his car parts using that paint. It is real cool! Like you say, when you are done with that paint color, you simply peel the whole thing off and you are left with your nice shiny paint you had before.

a refreshing color. kind of a "lime Sherbet" or "Tic Tac Green".

looks like you did a real good job painting it.

Congrats!

Someone has to be different sometime, so let it be me.
It 'unique' alright, something unique-up on and hit with a baseball bat so nobody sees this forsaken color ever again! Kawasaki and the younger crowd seem to see it in a different light though! So, to each his/her own...
To each your own. I like being different. Same O' same O' gets boring. As stated earlier, I can just peal it off, spend 4-6 hours and totally change the color for about $30. I think the next color will be red.

The neat thing about Plasti-Dip is you dont need to peel it off to lay down the next color layer. In fact some of their cars have 4-5 colors on them before they peel them off.
