jr: You are never too old to get your first license. Got mine at 36 with my first bike. Just got my second bike at 61 !

yup,,never to late to start riding..a person is only as old as the act and or feel..sad thing is,i feel really old,but i act really young and im only late 30's..so i guess that equals things out a bit?..lol..anyhow,welcome to the forum,congrats on you gettin your license and the purchase of your new to you bike..vlx's are great nimble bikes,and reliable. post some pics of it when you get a chance.
