84 vt700. The clutch feels loose on it, but I held it in and shift all the way down and pick it up about half way. I'm hoping this puts it in neutral. The kill switch is on, the ignition is ready to go. I hold in the clutch and hit start. Nothing. Not even a click from the relay. My questions are: How do I test to see if the relay is bad and how do I know for sure that I'm in neutral?
