Started my bike for the first time this year 2 days ago, and the petcock was leaking gas. Dammit all! So I got all internety trying to figure out how to fix it, where to buy a new one, etc.
Out of curiosity today I started it again, and NO leaks. WTF!? I mean, YAY, but what? I rode around for an hour and it was fine.
Is it possoible that it sat all winter in the On position and just somehow filled up and leaked when the engine was running for a few seconds? This is the first time 10 years it's happened.
