It appears as though I will be selling my bike to offset some unexpected costs and I have no idea what is a fair price to ask. I know I can get numbers from sites like KBB but thought this forum would be a good place to get an idea of the true value. I don't want to give it away and don't want to rip anyone off.

It is a 2007 Honda Shadow Spirit 750 with roughly 3000 miles. It has a quick detach windshield and sissy bar for add ons. it is black. It has never been laid down.

KBB says it's worth 4300 but with it being the end of the riding season for a great many areas it's not the best time to sell it and a lot of people will try to get a good deal if they are looking now. Dealer by me as brand new 05 Spirits for $3995.

I gave 4k for my 2007 C2 2 mths ago. This was based on the condition and mileage. It had 894 miles plus had been laid down. I took to a mechanic. I had no experience with buying a bike so I researched as much as possible and feel that this was a fair price. Seller wanted 4500. Except for a few scratches on pipes, this bike looked like it had come of showroom floor. 2 helmets, cover, and riding jacket sweetened the deal.

If your bike is in excellent condition, you should get somewhere around this amount.
