post #2 - What I did on the bike today!

I'm still waiting for my custom forward controls to arrive. Hopefully by the weekend. I'm done painting the bike. It's now matte black and chrome, all polished now. It's all back together and sitting in the garage. Checked oil and radiator. Made sure all electrical stuff is working. I can't even think about riding it until those controls arrive and are installed. My VLX 600 is a tad too small for me. I'm 6-3 and a 37" inseam : ) Extending them 6" will solve the problem though.
