So who does the approving of all of these "threads" that get posted? Seems like it would be quite time consuming for someone? Maybe someone can enlighten me. And am I supposed to number my posts? I did this out of ignorance.

Threads are approved by one of the mods. It takes a little time but cuts down on spammers.
You don't need to number your threads.
