It looks to me as if you have this project well in hand.. my only advice at this point is to try to get hold of a service manual, download an exploded parts list and take photographs 'and label them' of everything you undo so that you will get it back in the right place.. I find using one of those typing correction fluids to paint white lines on hose ends helps with the photo identity when replacing them, as you have already stripped the carb I'm sure you know to look for pinholes or splits in the diaphragm before you reassemble, and after the ultrasonic clean to look through the jets to make sure they are clear..put an inline fuel filter on just in case there is a lot of rust or water in the tank and while the bike is in bits you might as well test for spark..good luck..
