Question for Sabre onwers

The clutch doesn't seem to have much adjustment left. I took off the cover to see if I could get more and I did but not a lot. The clutch started out if I barely pulled the clutch it would engage. Now it is a little closer to the grip. At what point do I need to replace the clutch. I got the bike in march with 27k miles on it. It's an '01. Thanks.
