I have a 2002 Spirit.
I've seen 2004 Aero's that seem to have the radiator 'tucked in' to the front of the frame and I really like the way it looks.
Would a radiator from a 2004 Aero fit my 2002 Spirit?

Yes and no, it will fit your bike but not the same way. The newer models have a different frame designed to allow the radiator to hide between the front rails.
