Ok don't laugh at this stupid question but I am installing Cobra saddlebag supports on my Shadow Ace 750. On the chrome plate over the rear fender where they mount there are three bolts. I can't figure out if you are supposed to use the first two (first one and middle one) or the last two (middle one and the last one). Actually I can even tell if it freaking matters. Help is greatly appreciated it.

I would think it depends on how far back you mount the bags. I would just make sure the brackets do what they are intended for and keep the bags from getting into the rear wheel. I'm sure the brackets will bend a little to fit the nearest bolt.

use the first two, they are back far enough, i have a 06 750 spirit, 03 softail and a 80 sportster all use the first two
