Any idea on what a 0-60 time for the 07 Shadow Spirit 750 would be? My dad and I were trying to make a guess but I got nothin.

This is not scientific, but I'd guess it's in the neighborhood of 5 to 7 seconds. That's based on personal experience and a mental stopwatch. Which is probably not all that accurate.

Not sure I understand why it's relevant. Cruisers aren't about that.

My spirit 1100...about 10 inutes...lol
Then you need to stay on the throttle a little longer...and stay in each gear a little longer.

My 1100 would get up and go...50 in first...70 or so in second. Remember, you really don't need to shift until you bounce off the rev limiter...what is what it is there for. :D

Not sure your question?
Racing somebody?
Good luck.
Simply love my bike and hate the inputs that it is too small.
Off the line, stoplight, etc,... Sure it could use a little more.
750 Spirit is to cruise.
72 Nova is to turn heads.
Happy trails.
Get it?

5 seconds is extremely optimistic, 7 seconds is a little optimistic. How about 1/4 mile ET? Mid-15's @ 85 mph if yer having a good day. Cruisers are for cruising and 750 Shadows are not all that quick.

Motorcycle Cruiser Mag. tested it in the mid-14's for the 1/4 mile
a lot faster than most cars TODAY.

in fact i had a 55 chevy running C modified at Bandimere in the LATE 60'S
that won trophys and only did the 1/4 in the low 14's

my Shadow would easily stay with that VERY HOT CAR.

POINT IS ....."FAST" IS REALATIVE

There are several cars that are 14's and below stock today. A stock v6 mustang is still only in the 15's. Just dont try to race a wrx sti, saleen, cobra, or evo VIII and you wont feel too bad :)
