Hey fellas,

I noticed my 600 was leaking coolant on the front side of the engine and all over the radiator and I tracked it to a bolt that's attatched to the thermostat? (correct me if I'm wrong)

It was pretty loose and I could twist it by hand, my question is; is it supposed to have a bit of thread showing or should it be tight?
The bike's nearly at 60.000 KM's 馃コ and I was gonna do a coolant flush at 60 but it looks like I'm gonna move that up a bit.

That is the temperature sensor for a gauge or the red light. It should be tight. Snug it down and it there are still threads showing that is OK it seats inside.
Take off the radiator cap when cooled down and make sure it is full up to the top of the neck. And look at the rubber seals while it is off.
