Almost every phone mount I see says it's good for 1"-1.25" maximum thickness handlebars. Is it just me, or do the Interstate VT1300CT handlebars come in a little bit fatter? What are people using as phone mounts for these bigger bikes? I bought a less expensive one but can't even seem to get it around the handlebars, so I'm going to have to buy something that comes in two, rather than something that just has a hinge that doesn't open wide enough...

I'd look at ram mounts and quadlock. Also law abiding biker. I carry my phone in my jacket pocket as I have a ram mount with garmin gps on the bike.
