I sold mine in August with 1000 miles, sissy bar, engine bars, bags and a four year warranty for $5700. I thought I took a hit on it, but I turned around and got a loaded VTX1300 R for $7200.xanaduguy said:I have an 06 Aero with 1500 miles, new mustang seat with backrest, sissy bar, memphis shades windscreen, hondaline light bar, hondaline saddle bags and engine guard with some bits and pieces of chrome I have added.
thinking of upgrading so I am curious what price I should be shooting for when I get asked "how much you want for it?"
any Ideas?

I think that was about when my Mustang seat really started feeling good, lol.kingham said:X,
Just out of curiosity, why do you want to upgrade after only 1,500 miles after you bought the bike new. I am really not trying to be sarcastic, but I am surprised that you can tell you need to upgrade after so few miles. Genuinely asking.
Agreed!beowulf said:That's the best arguement I've ever heard for buying a used bike, esp. for first bike.
I have a Memphis shades 19" on the bike. works pretty well and the shield line is under my nose so it doesnt interfere with my vision.rockyjr said:what size and type of windshield do you have on your aero? looks like a good fit, and i am sizing up windshields currently for my 750 aero, and we are about the same height. thanks.
True but when I passed my MSF I could not find any used bikes that I felt safe riding and or did not need some work. I felt I would get a best first experience by having a new bike that is under warranty etc...AERO_HEAD said:Agreed!beowulf said:That's the best arguement I've ever heard for buying a used bike, esp. for first bike.
