I am looking for pictures of Tool Pouches and brand names/part numbers of them that mount on the front forks.

I am installing a Speaker System on my bike soon and need a place to put the small Amp that comes with it in the pouch.

The pouch has to be pretty waterproof to the point where it can sit out in the rain and wont get the insides wet.

Thanks in advance.

These guys have a good selection. I mounted the #5375 on the forks over the front fender... perfect for carrying wrenchs, socket set, screwdrivers, etc. You have to be careful though. No matter how tightly you cinch the bag to the forks, it will hit the fender on big bumps, and eventually there will be a permanent small smudge on the paint. I don't care about that though because it's barely noticeable and I can rub it out if I decide to remove the bag. I also like the look because it fills in the unsightly gap above the fender.

I have this nylon tool bag from Tour Master. http://www.tourmaster.com/xcart/product.php?productid=134&cat=16
It has a drawstring under the flap, and it comes with a raincover as well, so it's about as waterproof as you can get. The front flap is mostly leather so it looks pretty good. For $20 it's hard to go wrong...

Here is a couple of pics, one without raincover, and one with...

Thanks for the suggestions.

black-n-blue what kind of windshield do you have on your bike?
It is a "National Cycle"... I am not sure which model as I purchased it used from a friend of mine. I like it, except it is not easy to remove and re-install... I would think the newer ones might be easier to remove..
