I have ordered new Metzler tires. Are they tubeless or must I put in tubes?

Depends on what you have. Spokes? Yes you need tubes.

I could be wrong, but I think it depends entirely on your wheels and what the OEM specs are. I have wheels with spokes, so I have tubes in mine. BTW, the tires are great!

The Metzelers themselves are tubeless tires. However, if your OEM tires use a tube, then you will need to use one in the Metzelers also. The tire won't know the difference, but the rim will!

Running a Metz on the rear with a tube, spoked wheels.

I haven't seen a tire that was for tubes only in ages, doubt they even make them any more.
