Bought my 2007 slightly used 12,700 on her, I never use the kill switch ever, always the key and I take it with me when I dismount the bike.

I had to do that with my 175cc Honda Scrambler except me and my buds tied a rope to his Dad's truck and pulled me. It worked and we didn't get anything hurt. Young and dumb.
