Okay, so I got a bike from this guy who says it's a Shadow VLX600. I order a black seat cover to go on my grey seat. It doesn't fit, by a long shot. Is it the manufacturer or is my seat not for my bike?
Can anyone tell what type or make is my seat because I have no clue...check out the pics (hopefully i loaded them right) and let me know. Any help is much appreciated! Also if anyone has pics of stock seats for my bike just so I know in case it is wrong....

I don't know what type of set that is, but it's bigger than my stocker.

Your seat "looks" like a VLX seat with the pillion removed, but it is definitely a custom cover. All stock VLX seats I've ever seen are black. Did you remove the seat? Perhaps some pics of the underside of the seat pan would be helpful. If it is an aftermarket or custom seat, maybe there is a label under there somewhere?

Well, kinda odd to be a custom cover considering the bike is black and red skull flamed. It is hard to tell though how it ended up like this considering it was bought used. I'll check again and take pics of anything on the underside, but if I recall correctly, there was nothing.....
Like you say though, the style looks like a VLX.
