I assure you when I ride naked the seat is cleaned prior and after

1) if your feet are bare most of the time - no stink.
2) Simple solution to seat cleanliness - a small towel. If one rides in the sun, one does not want to burn one's deicate bits on hot black vinyl, anyway.
3) Not anarchy - merely defining the span of the motorcycle riding experience.

Rode barefoot when I was a kid, no biggie... knocking around town, 10' tall and bulletproof, no helmet, just shorts and a bikini top... never thought a thing about it 'til I pulled up to a stop sign one day on fresh asphalt. Decided to wear my flip flops after that
