Is that gas running ot of it?
If so, it is the overflow vent tube from the carbs and the float valves must no be shutting off .
On some bikes it is also connected to the gas tank and if you overfill it on a hot day it will run out the vent line.
If that is gas the tube should not be connected any where else.
