If you installed non LED lights, it shouldn't be blinking fast. Did it have LED's before your swap? You didn't do something right.

Says "Eliminates the need for load resistors", so I'd say it would work with LEDs. I can't answer your question about fast flashing though. Was this 'fast flashing' always a problem or did it start when you changed a bulb..and what bulb did you use? What was in there before?
Edit: Scaredofmyownshadow beat me to it.

It won't work. It is only two wire. You need a three wire relay. Take your flasher to a local auto parts store and match it up to an electronic flasher. It fast flashed because there isn't enough load for the non-electronic flasher. Fast flashing is always an indication that there isn't enough load for the flasher.

I installed new turn signals today(non LED) and now they blink fast, would this part solve that problem?
  • And if so does it just plug into where to stock flasher is now?
It's worth a try ($8.95), however the stock flasher has a rubber holder, so you'd have to find means to keep the Led flasher in place. Usually, they include double-sided tape.

I've used those SuperBright led flashers. It just doesn't have or need the usual Ground wire, but 2 wires works the same.

Well, that introduces another issue. Those signals you linked to are not running lights...so basically you defeated your front running lights also. That is not a legal issue (at least in my state), but it may be a safety concern...or not. Your choice.

Don't do that..

Your new indicators are incandescent, the old ones were incandescent if the old ones worked correctly the new ones should do the same..

Unless you have wired the new ones incorrectly..

you have two different color wires on each of the new indicators and the old ones had two different color wires look at the photos that you took before you undid the wires, one of the wires on each indicator should be dark green and they should all join to the dark green wires, but they should be connected to the metal part (stem) of the old indicator, you need to test this with a multimeter set to ohms x1. the other wire should be orange on the left front and rear and sky blue on the right front and rear indicators..

even if you forgot to take photos or notes and even if the colors on the new indicators are different to the original ones, using the above information you can work out which way the new wiring should be.

New wires are 1 red and 1 black. Old wires are 1 solid black and 1 black with white stripe

Disconnect all the new wires, use a meter to make sure that none of the new wires are connected to the metal frame of the lights, if one is then that is the one that has to connect to the dark green wire on the bike.. if none are connected to the metal, connect all the black wires to the dark green wires..

If everything is as said above connect the red wires from the new indicators to the only remaining wire.

You must use a meter to check the wiring on the new indicators..

The old indicators that you removed are not the original Honda shadow indicators.
