Took a ride of about an hour yesterday on my Goldwing with lots of deflectors in place. It was in the low 40s and I was on the interstate running between 60-70 mph. The NWS chart lower end only reads temp of 40 and wind speed of 60 which equates to 25 degree wind chill. I suspect it was actually colder than that. I would have frozen stiff if I had been on my cruiser with the amount of updraft I get on it.

Nice chart! I must have experienced something close to 5 degrees.

I rode again yesterday, as it was some warmer. This time, I wore my gauntlet gloves which are very comfortable. Also took the cruiser for a short ride in the afternoon. Didn't feel as much cold air as I thought I would. I betcha I could put my chaps on and be very comfortable. Gotta get some boots, however.
