Looks like the push rod is stuck pushed out. Did you squeeze the clutch with everything disassembled? Shouldn't of done that

No worries, 2 solutions here. 1, remove the slave cylinder from the left side of the crankcase and remove the push rod. Or 2, use something small to push the push rod back into the slave cylinder through your clutch assembly.

maybe a little late but i did my clutch an all i did is push on the center an spin the outside to get the rod to push back
