You may not need anything special. Often times it will spin right out if you use a small impact driver. Pro tip: Remove the piston screw first. Pressure from the fork spring will tend to hold the piston in place. When that won't work, I have used a wooden dowel (broom handle) to hold the piston. Worst case, if the screw is seized or has Loctite on it you will have to drill the head off of it.
