Just installed a LA Choppers rear lowering kit. Lowered it 1-1/2". Easy install. Does not affect handling much at all far as I can tell.

Forgot to mention, don't forget about the chain tension. It must be adjusted after lowering it. The bags will have to move back a touch as the shock position has changed. I plan on building new stainless steel brackets on Monday for the bags. I took the crash bar off to make room for the forward controls that should be arriving via Fedex tomorrow. I will probably save the crash bar for the Christmas gift giveaway that happens here on this forum every year.
