Sounds like a huge overfill so oil foamed and went up the crankcase breather. Either that or somehow the crankcase became pressurized. Are you sure it was oil and not fuel?

 

Yeah it was definitely oil. It sparyed out while the bike was on. I'm not sure if I should let it all pour out or not. Once I turned the bike off it stopped

 

My guess is when you went to store the bike you either added too much oil (or filled it twice). If you have not changed the oil in a year may as well drain and refill and see how much comes out. Should be about 2.5Q when you change filter. You may not need new filter so 2.3Q

 

Sounds like the percock was left on , filled crankcase with fuel .. Take it outside and drain oil ... That will tell the story .....

I heard an account of an engine "pumping oil out of every orifice" when the crankcase vent was blocked. However, this was not a Honda, and the engine had a "duckbill" one way breather valve that can exhale but not inhale. The tube leading from crankcase to breather valve had gotten folded over, and the crankcase became pressurized.
