Caltrans Highway Information has Hwy 4 and 108 open and 120 is still closed.

Dang it! I've been watching for a few weeks because I really like to go over Sonora Pass just after the road has opened -- but on Wednesday I'm leaving for Washington and have a lot of things to do before then.
